early nineties, when real estate in Mumbai was in a transition
phase. Properties in Mumbai were seeing an all time high never
seen before and suddenly around mid-nineties, real estate in
Mumbai slumped to a shocking low and gradually steadying.
We have thus witnessed, survived and thrived through the “nervous
nineties” phase of Mumbai real estate, emerging much more

industry for more than a decade has helped us fathom the various
