estate in Mumbai. This also includes payment of stamp duty,
registration of documents viz; Agreement For Sale, Sale Deed,
Lease Deeds, Leave & Licence Agreement, Conveyance Deed
etc. We also assist in retrieval of old documents, payment of
pending stamp duty, registering old documents.
We also furnish and prepare all forms, applications and declarations
required to transfer a property in a society under the cooperative
Housing Society Act.
